Founder, AI Educational Solutions

Practical AI starts with people.

I founded AI Educational Solutions in November 2025 to help businesses, professionals, and educators use artificial intelligence for everyday work.

My background is in education, career development, and instructional design. I have worked with learners and teams in the United States, South Korea, and Qatar, including at the University of California, Santa Cruz and SolBridge International School of Business.

That experience shapes how I work: explain the idea in plain language, demonstrate it with a useful example, and give people a chance to practice.

Through training, consulting, and ready-made or custom AI Skills, I help you explore where AI fits your work. The starting point is the task you need to do, whether that is drafting a proposal, organizing information, preparing content, or building a repeatable process.

Experience behind the approach

Michael brings experience in higher education, business operations, curriculum design, and professional training. He has trained 1,150+ business owners, students, faculty, and staff in using AI.

His education includes a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

His professional development includes Google Prompting Essentials and training in AI governance, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI ethics. He also creates AI Skills and pressure-tests each Skill before release to check accuracy and reliability. He continues exploring AI tools so his examples reflect how people can use them today.

Michael uses Instinct.ai to help operations at AI Educational Solutions run more smoothly and efficiently. He also uses it in his personal life, bringing firsthand experience with AI into his work.

Curiosity carries into my life outside work, too. I enjoy travel, photography, science fiction, and time with my family and three dogs.

I believe learning should feel approachable, and people should have a useful starting point when technology changes.
