Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You describe the problem you want solved and how your business works. We handle the build, the configuration, and the testing. You do not need to know how AI works to use the finished tool.
How long does it take?
After the discovery call and a 50% deposit, most builds are delivered in two to seven days. Simpler tools land faster. More complex builds take longer. Current client queue also affects timing. You will know your estimated delivery window before work begins.
What platform does it run on?
Most builds run on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. We also build on Anthropic's Claude platform for clients who prefer it. You choose one at the start of the project. You do not need a paid subscription to either platform to use the finished tool. We build exclusively on these two platforms for security reasons.
What happens after the build is complete?
We hand off every build with a 30-minute walkthrough and a question and answer session. You leave knowing exactly how to use the tool. Every build includes a 30-day warranty. We also offer a subscription service: if your custom GPT breaks due to a platform change, we fix it. That coverage applies as long as the AI company is still in business. We do not offer a lifetime guarantee. Artificial intelligence companies can change, merge, or shut down. We are straightforward about that.
